Event Sponsorship

A built-in sponsorship engine for your events.

Create sponsor records with full branding — logo, card image, description, link, and a custom call-to-action button. Assign sponsors to any event and control exactly where their branding appears. Sponsorship is built directly into the event tools, so there's no third-party integration or manual workaround to set up.

  • Full sponsor profile — title, description, logo, card image, link, CTA button, and display order.
  • Custom CTAs — each sponsor gets its own button label (e.g. "Learn More", "Visit IBM").
  • Visibility controls — toggle "Card can be shown" and set display order per sponsor.

Sponsor Tiers

Organize sponsors into tiered packages.

Assign each sponsor a tier — Gold, Silver, or Bronze — to structure the packages you offer. Add as many sponsors as an event needs, mark each one Active or Inactive, and reuse saved sponsors across future events. Placements are controlled separately, so each tier's visibility is exactly what you decide.

  • Gold, Silver, Bronze — a built-in tier system for structuring your sponsorship packages.
  • Multiple sponsors per event — assign as many sponsors as the event needs.
  • Status management — each sponsor shows an Active or Inactive status you control.
  • Reusable records — save a sponsor once and reuse it on any future event, with no re-entry.

Placement Types

Nine placement types across two surfaces.

Control exactly where each sponsor appears. Toggle placements independently for the Event Details Page and for Associated Rooms — so a Gold sponsor can have the Banner Hero on the event page and the Header Logo inside the live session, while a Bronze sponsor only gets the Logo Bar.

  • Logo Bar — horizontal logo strip across the event page.
  • Banner Hero & Skyscraper — high-impact placements for premium sponsors.
  • Floating Notification & Message Strip — attention-grabbing formats that overlay content.
  • Native Card, Inline Compact, Sidebar Tile, Header Logo — seamless placements that blend into the page.

Paid Ticketing

Charge for any event with one toggle.

Toggle Paid Access during event creation and set a price in USD, EGP, or both. Attendees pay before they join. The platform handles payment collection, shows the net amount after the platform fee, and the same flow works for video sessions and speed networking rooms.

  • Dual currency — set prices in USD, EGP, or both. Attendees choose what fits them.
  • Transparent fees — net earnings per attendee displayed below the price field.
  • Coupon support — apply discount codes scoped to a single event or to all events.

Registration & Gating

Know your attendees before the event starts.

Attach a registration form to any event during creation. Pick from suggested fields — name, email, company, job title, LinkedIn — or add custom questions. Attendees must complete the form before they can join, so you always know who is in the room.

  • Suggested fields — one-click to add Full Name, Email, Phone, Company, Job Title, and LinkedIn URL.
  • Custom questions — add open-ended questions specific to the event.
  • Response review — view all submissions from the room detail page before or after the event.

Participant Management

Invite, approve, and manage every attendee.

Share the event link with one click, invite participants by email with a custom message, manage the waitlist for approval-required events, and track who has joined. The room detail page keeps participants, waitlist, recordings, and discussions in one place.

  • Email invitations — invite up to 5 people at once with an optional custom message.
  • Waitlist management — review and approve pending attendees for gated events.
  • Shareable link — copy the event link and distribute it via any channel.

Attendance Cards & Sharing

Shareable event cards your audience can pass along.

Download a branded attendance card from any room detail page — a visual card with event details ready to share on social media, email, or messaging. Combined with the shareable link and email invitations, every event has the distribution tools it needs built in.

  • Downloadable cards — click Get Attendance Card to download a shareable event visual.
  • Copy link — share the event URL via any channel with one click.
  • Everything in one place — participants, recordings, and discussions on tabs within the same page.
